Striver was designed around the need to support companies to prepare for IPO, by combining the skills of three firms to build out board structures, bring in the right exec and non executive board members through search, and support management in their new roles with experienced board level mentors from some of the world's leading listed companies.

However, at it's core, Striver is a search business that builds teams to make things happen. Having executed various assingments across EMEA we have a broad network of talented professioals outside of our core teams to support many of the varied needs our clients may have. This could be a tech business that isn't growing as it should and needs "re-pointing" strategically and technologically, a problem with organisational strucutre, culture and performance, or to launch a business into a new market.

The advantage of our approach is that we do this as a search firm advised by some of the most senior executives out there, not as a management consultancy. This means that the people that work on the project are expertly hand picked for whatever the task is, not hand picked from a business school with a stiff suit and a sharp smile, and as a search firm we focus on delivering the people that produce the end result, not just the plan, in a much more cost efficient manner.
